Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once the order is processed & you receive your confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days (does not include the shipping time). The shipping time is 3-5 business days (does not include processing time).

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped with the tracking details!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $5 flat rate shipping within the USA. Free shipping is included on all orders over $100!

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our location at The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth, TX. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. You will be notified once your order is ready to be picked up - so be sure to wait until you hear from us before loading up the carseats!

You can pick up your order anytime during regular business hours (once your order is ready)! Please see our Visit the Store page for our hours & address!

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@collinsandconley.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
