Refund policy
Thank you so much for shopping with Collins + Conley! When it comes to purchasing online we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for your child and we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. With that in mind, please read our full return & exchange policy below.
RETURNS
Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 15 days of purchase date. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all original tags & packaging still on the garment or item.
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.
SALE ITEMS & PROMO CODES
All sale items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid for the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for a different size of the same item, send us an email at hello@collinsandconley.com and we will provide instructions on how to exchange your item for the correct size.
SHIPPING
Please contact hello@collinsandconley.com for information on where to send the item you would like to return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
